This policy applies to ModeluxAI ("Platform"), enabling users to access multiple third-party AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude).

3. Legal Bases
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• **Legal Obligation** – BI/OJK compliance, fraud reporting.
• **Consent** – granted by using the Platform.
• **Legitimate Interests** – cybersecurity & service integrity.
4. Retention & Deletion
We follow the "storage limitation" principle (Art. 16 (2)(g) Indonesian PDP Law): data is erased once its purpose is fulfilled or upon your request.
5. Disclosure & International Transfer
Data may be encrypted and routed to AI model providers outside Indonesia.
Transfers comply with Art. 56-57 PDP Law: adequate protection or contractual safeguards (SCC/BCR).
6. Security Measures
We apply TLS encryption, role-based access control, and scheduled audits in line with PP 71/2019 requirements.
7. Data Subject Rights
You may access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to automated decisions, and obtain a copy of your data (Arts. 5-13 PDP Law).

8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies; no third-party tracking cookies are used.
9. Children
The service targets users aged 18 and above; we do not knowingly process children's data.
