Terms and Conditions

"Platform": The ModeluxAI website, apps, APIs, and payment systems.

"Service(s)": Subscription plans, credit purchases, add-ons, and/or API access to AI models.

"User": Any individual or legal entity that creates an account and/or purchases the Services.

"Account Suspension": Blocking, feature limitation, or fund freezing measures pursuant to Article 43 of the Indonesian Electronic Information and Transactions Law ("ITE Law").

Registration: Users must be 18 years old or older and legally competent.

Personal Data: Processing follows the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law 27/2022.

Payments: All payments are in Indonesian Rupiah via BI-licensed payment service providers under PBI 23/6/PBI/2021.

User Rights: Safe, fit-for-purpose services per Consumer Protection Law 8/1999.

User Obligations:

• Responsible use of AI output.

• No infringement of IP or data-privacy rules.

• Compliance with fair-use limits and prohibition of unlawful activities.

All transactions are final; refunds apply only if the Service is unavailable for ≥ 24 consecutive hours due to ModeluxAI's fault.

AI outputs are provided "as is"; ModeluxAI disclaims any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, aligning with prevailing Indonesian e-commerce T&C practice.

ModeluxAI may suspend or terminate accounts and withhold funds upon suspected fraud, money-laundering, cyber-attacks, or other violations of Indonesian law.

Neither Party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by force majeure events (acts of God, pandemic, war, etc.) consistent with standard contractual clauses.

Disputes unresolved after 30 days' amicable negotiations shall be finally settled by BANI Arbitration Center, Jakarta, under BANI Rules 2018 and Law 30/1999 on Arbitration.

ModeluxAI will notify Users at least 14 calendar days before any amendment takes effect.

This document is executed in Indonesian and its English translation. In case of inconsistency, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
